Refund policy

The short version
Unused credits are refundable for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable except where the system fails on our side - in which case the credit is automatically refunded.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@cardpregrading.com from the email address on your account, with your purchase date and reason. We reply within 1 working day and process refunds within 5 working days. The refund appears on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Failed scans
If our system can't detect a card border or otherwise fails to produce a valid report, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. No action needed.
Chargebacks
Please email us first - we'd much rather solve the issue directly than dispute a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate.
